Job Summary:  We are looking for a strong candidate to add to our Service team. As a Dispatcher & Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving incoming service calls from customers, dispatching service technicians, handling service billing, and performing other related duties associated with out service department. Previous material-handling experience is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Practice effective communication with customers, management, and co-workers (written, verbal & aural)
  • Rotate with other department members to cover after-hours service calls
  • Monitor and assure proper territorial coverage on a daily basis
  • Notify appropriate department about customer issues & concerns
  • Handle special billing needs for customers
  • Provide support for technicians to maximum the department's overall efficiency
  • Maintain an accurate database
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance calls are performed on time
  • Perform upkeep of PM/FM files and related service reports
